The Garden House— has 4 full units and each unit surround with each own private verandas, with a full refrigerator, water dispenser stand, stove, sink, microwave, toaster oven, rice cooker, fire extinguisher, carbon monoxide with smoke detector, safe boxes and full bathroom with hot showers and hair dryers. Our special Tree Top Views (Unit 4) has wide screen TV, full stove with oven and bath tub. Walking distance to Yumbing Market, White Island Ferry, and several restaurants around the area and 10 minutes ride to the airport and 15 minutes ride to Balbagon Ferry.

Each unit has a shared balcony facing the ocean, a full garden, and care taker on site who may call for tuk-tuks, jeepneys, help you find the best restaurants on the island, and several Island tour packages, rides to airport, piers where you can take ferry outside the island or anywhere you want to go around the Island or call a local masseuses for your stay.

The Property is also outfitted with Wifi.

The Property

The Garden House is primly located next to the Mamajao market and minutes from the nearest several waterfalls, Ardent hot springs, Santo Nino cold springs, Soda springs, Sunken Cemetery-the best snorkeling place in the area, the White Island of Camiguin and more beaches around the area. With its own gated complex it gives you privacy and enough space for events and activities. The property is also lush with local flora immaculately cared for.
