Policies

In the Units:

1. Please check all amenities before staying and report any missing, broken, or damaged items immediately or you will be charged for the broken items.

2. Cooking dried fish or cooking of any fish is prohibited except in the ground floor unit. But may request to cook fish for extra charge.

3. Laundry Service may be requested for an extra fee (Due to being off site)

Animals & Plants:

1. Hunting and harvesting is STRICTLY prohibited.

2. Dogs, birds, lizards, butterflies, spiders, frogs, fire flies, etc. are protected on the grounds. Please do not touch, chase, or harass them.

3. No picking and harvesting fruits, flowers, and vegetables, on the property.

Non-Smoking Policy:

1. Smoking is strictly PROHIBITED in ALL rooms, verandas, and ALL over the property.

2. There will be a 10,000.00 Peso fine added to your stay if caught smoking on the grounds.

Visitors Policy:

1. Visitation hours: 9:00am - 7:00pm.

2. Limit 2 hours per visit.

3. Maximum of 2 persons per unit.
